SEESCO Standard Hot Air Generator.

Combustion chamber, gas burner, fuel valve train and burner control panel as a package.
Hot air re-circulating fan integrated system and in-direct fired system have been supplied as another type of standard.
Wide turn down and superior flame stability of burner.
For in-direct hot air generator system, high efficiency in-direct fired heat exchanger is equipped for maximum energy saving.
Simple selection of model by process air / gas flow rate and required burner capacity.
Standard Hot Air Generator is factory live fire tested and calibrated with R/C fan running before deliver to customer.
A lot of preparation is provided for live fire test with R/C fan running, such as different voltage and frequency of electric power, also different type of fuel supplying facilities.
Live fire test of SEESCO have been satisfied by customers.
Just connecting power and fuel, push start button, that is all at site to run the system.

Direct Fired Basic Model (SSHAG)

Direct fired basic model of hot air generator is usually consist of combustion chamber, burner, combustion air blower, fuel valve train and burner control panel.
Different choice of gas, oil burner is available including low emission burner depending on process requirement.
Chamber is insulated and finished as like as furniture by alcoat sheet or aluminum sheet.

Direct Fired R/C Fan Integrated Model (SSHAG –RF)

Direct Fired R/C Fan Integrated Model of hot air generator is consist of combustion chamber, burner, combustion air blower, recirculating (R/C) fan, fuel valve train and burner control panel.
In many case, filter is installed in the chamber in between burner and R/C fan.
Different choice of gas, oil burner is available including low emission burner depending on process requirement.
Chamber is insulated and finished as like as furniture by alcoat sheet or aluminum sheet.

In-Direct Fired R/C Fan Integrated Model (SSHAG –RF–INDI)

In-direct Fired hot air generator is used for high quality automobile paint dry, also chemically sensitive product dry such as food, dairy, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.
In-direct fired unit produces clean hot air free from by-product of combustion.
Different to direct fired model, in-direct fired R/C fan integrated model of hot air generator is consist of combustion chamber, in-direct fired heat exchanger, burner, combustion air blower,  recirculating (R/C) fan, fuel valve train and burner control panel.
In many case, filter is installed in the chamber in between heat exchanger and R/C fan.
Standard 80% or 90% high efficiency in-direct fired heat exchanger is available choice.
"Super Saver 90" model of 90% efficiency in-direct fired heat exchanger has been preferred by customers for energy saving.
