Catalytic oxidizer is an alternative to direct thermal oxidizer for oxidizing gaseous, combustible containments into carbon dioxide and water vapor.
It can offer significant lower fuel consumption plus reduced CO and NOx.
Catalytic oxidizer is very much applicable where poison loading is negligible as the catalyst can be subjected to masking agent or poisons that inhibit the effectiveness of the catalyst.
Patented MEGTEC catalysts are more resistance to poisons than any others and offer exceptional long life of catalyst.
Unlikely to other supplier, SCTO catalytic oxidizer accommodate burner, heat exchanger, reaction chamber, catalyst bed in one full welded stainless steel enclosure.
