Verification of the "Super Saver 90" Heat Exchanger's
"Remarkable Durability"
SEESCO supplied 23 sets of indirect heater units and 4 sets of direct heater units equipped with the "Super Saver 90" heat exchangers to Kia Motors' plant in India in 2017. In February 2024, we delivered an additional 5 sets of indirect heater units. At the request of "Kia India," we conducted a comprehensive inspection of the operational heater units.
The inspection revealed that even after 7 years, both the heater unit itself and the "Super Saver 90" heat exchangers were in perfect condition, with no damage or cracks observed.
This project with "Kia India" has provided a great opportunity to confirm the remarkable durability of the "Super Saver 90" heat exchangers, and we are pleased to share this with our customers.
In automotive paint shops, indirect combustion systems are trending, and the key point is the heat exchanger. To ensure costly energy savings, CO2 reduction, and durability, it is essential to incorporate the "Super Saver 90" into the equipment specifications for the benefit of both the company and the country.
